Welcome!

Xi Nu has been a charted chapter of Sigma for 30 years!  We are affiliated with the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We believe in the Sigma mission to "develop nurse leaders anywhere to improve healthcare everywhere."  We aim to provide our Chapter members with the local support and opportunities they need to maximize their professional goals.

    We are seeking a current member who is interested in becoming a Treasurer Mentee. 

    This position would allow the candidate to learn about the role of Treasurer and expand their leadership skills.  

     According to the ANA, nurse leaders with budgeting skills are not only equipped to manage resources and fiscal challenges effectively, they also enhance the wellbeing of their colleagues and organization!
